Latergramme shared photos of the incoming Instagram analytics pages, which is similar to Facebook Insights in terms of the kind of data it provides – who your followers are, when they are online, how many people viewed your Instagram profile, etc.
Instagram Analytics will be mainly classified into 2 categories.
The first category known as Instagram Follower Analytics will give valuable information on the location, age, gender of those who follow you and see your posts.
Also, there’ll be a follower activity section that will show when your followers are most active in the day, just like on Facebook Insights.
“The “Follower Activity” module is viewable by hours or days and displays “the average time your followers are on Instagram on a typical day,” or you can sort by day of the week.”
The second category known as Instagram Post Analytics will provide details on impressions, reach, website and post clicks, comments, video view length and so on.
Furthermore, Business Profiles will have contact buttons and access to maps and directions to business location on your profile page…
“On the new Instagram business profile, there is now a chart icon in the right hand corner which gives you access to your Instagram analytics, along with a simple “Contact” button that appears besides the “Following” button, a linkable location tag, and a category for your Instagram profile”
