Days and minutes before the 2015 Headies award which took place on January 1, 2015, many had speculated on the winner of the controversial next rated award.
While everyone anticipated the winner last night, no one imagined that something very interesting was about to happen.
Yes, Reekado Banks won the next rated artiste award to the surprise of many but it didn’t end there. Two leading and respected record label owners and artistes, Olamide (YBNL) and Don Jazzy (Mavin/SMD) got into a fight because of the announcement.
For YBNL boss, the winner was as wrong as Miss Columbia.
Mavin owner and producer, Don Jazzy was convinced Olamide’s sub was for him and his “children” so he addressed the issue in a rather unexpected manner.

Of course it didn’t end there. Olamide went on Twitter in an Eyan Mayweather mode and said too much. His disregard of Autocorrect tells you how furious he was.
