The digital age keeps ‘wowing’ us.
Digital compositor and visual effects artist, Rousselos Aravantinos released a 30 second video a month ago showing the effects of an age defying software on an old model. The software deletes the model’s wrinkles, eye bags and graying hair. The video was edited with a VFX software called NUKE and another software utility named Mocha Pro.
On Vimeo, Rousselos Aravantinos captioned this video saying:
Here is my 1st age-reduction Vfx TEST made in NUKE. My level in Nuke is Junior.
I’ve decided not to apply any facial markers, to challenge myself (and make my life more difficult).
It’s a 100% work in 2D space. There are a few things i would like to improve, but I felt like it was time to move on. A big thanks to the beautiful actress Michele Valley, who trusted me with putting a Nip-Tuck spell on her image.
Shot on the Nikon V1
With a software like this, celebs can stay forever young on camera, except that they would be forced to dab on tonnes and tonnes of make-up. LOL.
Love love this digital age!
