The Macallan and Legend Lagos Airport Hotel came together to host the debut edition of Paused Luxury, an exclusive dining experience that brought together a select group of business leaders, investors and cultural figures for an evening centred on craftsmanship, intentional hospitality and the art of taking time.
Built around the theme The Art of Time, the evening drew on the values of patience, precision and mastery that define The Macallan’s approach to whisky making, while creating a moment of stillness within the distinctive setting of Legend Lagos Airport Hotel.
Guests enjoyed a curated multi-course menu paired with expressions from The Macallan’s Double Cask and Sherry Oak collections. Daniel Atteh, The Macallan Brand Ambassador and Educator, guided guests through the tasting experience, sharing insights into the craftsmanship, character and stories behind each expression.
