How Instagram’s ‘Dechronological’ Timeline Has Got Everyone Worried & Begging

They say you never know how much you love something until you lose it. Well, this is true for Instagram addicts, comedians, chefs and others whose daily lives and bread revolve around the photo sharing app.

Since March 15, 2016 when Instagram first announced that it’ll prioritize ‘best moments’ over the original chronological order of posts on our timeline, people have began to panick.

Imagine those whose livelihood depend on Instagram because each post translates to cash conversions and top of the mind awareness… What will happen to these guys now?

Or those in the vanity industry whose markets have been selling thanks to the original timeline order. Who will see their posts now? Who will patronize them now?

Sighs.

This is why Instagrammers are begging their friends, fans and followers to turn on their post notifications.

You must have come across (about) 10 of these photos by now.

Turn me on

It’s one thing to beg people, it’s another thing for them to actually do it.

Thank God it’s Easter Monday. Maybe if we throw in some prayers, people will turn on those annoying post notifications.

Or you could go with Bizzle Osikoya’s theory…
