Life just got easier for social media and community managers all over the world!
Yesterday (February 8, 2016), Instagram announced the allowance of multiple accounts on its platform.
Starting this week, you can quickly and easily switch between multiple accounts on Instagram! ?
Instagram further went on to explain how to use this feature.
Go to your profile settings to add an additional account. From there, tap your username at the top of your profile to switch between accounts. Once you have multiple accounts added, you’ll see your profile photo appear in places throughout the app so you can always tell which one you’re using at the moment…
Account switching will be available as part of Instagram version 7.15 for iOS and Android.
Here’s how Instagram users on Twitter reacted to this announcement.

Instagram allows you to add up to 5 Instagram accounts, switch between them without having to log out and log back in. Also, your notifications will appear with the name of the account to avoid any confusion.
Update your Instagram version to 7.15 on App Store and the Google Play Store.
