It was recently revealed that the reboot of the original 1995 movie, Jumanji will not have the board game which actually gave the movie its title, and people are not finding this funny.
Why is the movie called Jumanji if it doesn’t follow the same plot nor feature that famous board game?
According to The Verge, the upcoming movie is reportedly about a magical video game instead of a magical board game, which is discovered by a group of high school students who are immediately transported into the world of the game and the bodies of Kelvin Hart, Dwyane Johnson, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan.
