Some hours ago, Audu Maikori announced that he was handing over to M.I Abaga as the CEO of Chocolate City Music. He also declared Ice Prince Zamani as the vice president of Choc City Music.
Audu Maikori will resume as President of Chocolate City Group, presiding over the ‘not-so-popular’ arms Chocolate City Distribution, Chocolate City Events, Chocolate City Media and of course, Chocolate City Music.
Amongst other other qualities, Audu Maikori has been described as an exemplary leader. Having left his law practice to focus on developing music talents, he is evidently reaping fruits he sowed when no one had faith in the Nigerian music industry. Not only has he built Chocolate City into a formidable and world renowned music label, he has also touched the lives of all of those who have worked with him.
