Have you struggled with the idea of what content to share on social? You really shouldn’t. Everyone has content locked up somewhere. Everything you do makes up daily content. The real truth is knowing how to use it, where to use it and who to share it with.
People share selfies on Snapchat, Facebook, BBM, Instagram on a daily, yet that’s considered content. If you didn’t know, selfies have been considered so important that phone and camera manufacturers have made provisions for them in every new product made – hence, the selfie stick.
How about pictures of non living things? Pictures of books, of buildings, of clothes, shoes and bags, even furniture. They all contribute to your daily experience, so why not share them?
Best of all are the human beings that make up your organization or the people in your life. No man is an island. Their smiles, laughter, joy, even down moments (sleeping moments too) interest people.
Think about this for a second – why do people go on photo and video sharing social apps to watch other people have fun? It’s not just about keeping in joy. It’s a psychological ‘thing’ associated with positive energy. That’s the reason why memes, vines and comic posts get a lot of attention.
It’s the weekend. Record the most fun you have and share it. See what happens after.
We promise not to say we told you so.
