How A Clever Prank Helped A Horror Movie Earn $90m At The Box Office

Producers of 2013 horror movie, Carrie (an adaptation of Stephen King novel), decided to play a prank on unsuspecting customers at a NY coffee shop.

Needing some little extra promotion a few months to its release, the makers of the film decided to pull a pretty clever stunt.
The video went viral and the $30m movie grossed almost $90m at the box office!
