5 things we bet you didn’t know you could do on Instagram!

Do you know there’s so much more you can do than just posting pictures, liking your fav celebs’ posts and laughing at those hilarious skits on Instagram?
Here are 5 things we can bet our weekend cash on that you didn’t know you could do on Instagram:

1. Remove tags of yourselves from other people’s posts: there may be some random people whose photos you keep getting tagged on for no apparent reason and well, you’re just tired! There are, thankfully, two options to solving that. You can either
a. Go to the photo with the unwanted tag, click the options button, select Photo Options and then choose ‘Remove me from photo’.
Or
b. Select ‘Hide from my profile’ after clicking on options on the unwanted photo.

2. See all the posts you’ve ever liked: You may see a really mind blowing post and like it and then you can’t seem to find it again. That can be very frustrating but there’s a way to find the lost post. Simply go to the options button on your profile and click ‘Posts You’ve Liked’.

3. Control how much data you use: Running low on data but still want to enjoy Instagram’s fun? To do this, go to the options menu on your profile and select ‘Cellular Data Use’ then click ‘Use Less Data’. While photos and videos may take a considerably longer time to load, your data usage will decrease significantly.

4. Filter comments: if you reportedly get offensive comments or trolls that you’d rather not deal with, instead of having to report each troll, simply go to the Options button on your profile, select ‘Comments’ and click ‘Hide Inappropriate Comments.’  Side note: You can also add words you find offensive to the ‘Custom Keywords’ box.

5. Archive images: Imagine being able to post your photos and then hide it? Fab, yes? To archive your post, simply click on the options button on the posted photo you want to archive and select ‘Archive’.

With these five tips, we wish you a more exciting Instagram experience!
